We're confident Mellow Paws works — but we know it takes time. That's why our guarantee is simple: use the product every single day for 60 days straight, and if you don't see a genuine improvement in your dog's calm and behaviour, we'll refund you in full.
The guarantee requires consistent daily use for the full 60 days. The amino acids in Mellow Paws work by building up in the system over time — skipping days or stopping early means the supplement can't do its job properly. If you've given it daily for 60 days and haven't seen a difference, email us at hello@mellow-paws.co.uk with your order number and we'll process a full refund within 3–5 business days. No forms to fill in, no need to return the product.
Standard Returns
If you'd like to return an unopened product for any reason, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us first so we can arrange the return.

- Send the item back in its original packaging.
- Once received, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort it immediately at no cost to you.
