Show Us Your Calm Pup giveaway: terms and conditions

  1. Promoter: Katta Brands LTD, trading as Mellow Paws, Suite Ra01, 195-197 Wood Street, London E17 3NU.
  2. Who can enter: UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families cannot enter.
  3. No purchase necessary. Entry is free. You do not need to buy or own a Mellow Paws product to enter.
  4. How to enter: post a photo or video of your dog relaxing on a public Instagram or TikTok account, tag @mellowpawsuk and include the hashtag #MellowPawsMoment. Entries must be your own content and must show your own dog, or a dog you have permission to photograph.
  5. Dates: the giveaway opens on Friday 6 November 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (UK time) on Friday 20 November 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not count.
  6. Entries: one entry per person, regardless of how many posts you make. Entries that are offensive, unsafe for the animal, or not your own content will be excluded.
  7. Prize: one winner will receive one tub each of Mellow Paws Calming Aid (120 tablets), Skin & Coat (120 softgels) and Joint Support (120 tablets), with a total retail value of £84.97. There is no cash alternative. The prize is not transferable. If a product becomes unavailable, we may substitute a product of equal or greater value.
  8. Winner selection: one winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries on Monday 23 November 2026.
  9. Notifying the winner: we will contact the winner by direct message on the platform they entered on. If the winner does not reply within 7 days, we may choose another winner at random.
  10. Delivery: the prize will be sent to a UK address within 14 days of the winner confirming their details.
  11. Use of your content: by entering, you agree that Mellow Paws may reshare your post on its own social media and website, crediting your username. We will ask for your separate permission before using it in paid advertising.
  12. Your data: we will only use the winner's details to deliver the prize. See our privacy policy for more information.
  13. Platforms: this giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Meta or TikTok.
  14. Changes: we may change or cancel the giveaway if circumstances outside our control make it necessary. We will post any changes on this page.
  15. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
